Teesri Kasam 1966 songs free download: Teesri Kasam was released in the year 1966, and is one of the classic movies of Indian Cinema. The film was directed by Basu Bhattacharya, and is an eccentric film that portrays the rural society and simplicity of Indian villagers. The movie based on a short story, “Mare Gaye Gulfam” by Phanishwarnath Renu, a Hindi Novelist.
The music was composed by Shankar-Jaikishen, some of its songs become the ever green melodies of Indian Film Industry. Songs like “Duniya Banane Wale Kya Tere Manme Samaie” and “Sajanre Jhoot Mat Bolo” became so popular that still people love to hear it. The songs were sung by Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Mukesh and Manna Dey.
The star casts in the movie are Raj Kapoor, Waheeda Rehman, Iftekhar, Asit Sen, Dulari, Keshto, Mukherjee, C.S. Dubey. Raj Kapoor worked on this film for one rupee only, as it was produced by his dear friend Shailendra.
The film got 1967 National Film Award for Best Film, and nominated Moscow International Film Festival 1967.
